The Cat Health Tracker is an .xlsx file (Microsoft Excel format). It works in Excel, Google Sheets, and LibreOffice Calc. The Cat Health Record Printable is a .pdf file, readable on any device and printable on any standard printer.

No. The tracker works with free tools: Google Sheets (free via Google account), LibreOffice Calc (free, open-source), or Microsoft Excel. If you use Excel, a Microsoft 365 subscription is not required — the free desktop version works fine for basic use.

The current version of the tracker supports up to 5 cats. If you have more, you can duplicate the tabs for additional cats manually — the structure is the same for each. A version supporting more cats is something we're considering for a future update.

Yes. The spreadsheet works in the Google Sheets mobile app (free for iOS and Android). Some formatting may display differently on very small screens, but the data entry and formulas all work correctly. The PDF printable can be viewed on any device with a PDF reader.

The tracker is a digital spreadsheet — auto-calculating, always on your device, searchable. The printable is a PDF you fill in by hand — useful for bringing to vet appointments, handing to a cat sitter, or if you simply prefer paper. They cover the same information. Many cat parents use both.

Yes. The tracker is $14.99 and the printable is $5.49 — a total of $20.48. The bundle is $17.99, saving you $2.49. If you think you'll ever want both (and most cat parents do), the bundle is the better choice.

Yes. Gumroad and Etsy both keep your purchase history, so you can re-download your files at any time from your account. If you have any trouble accessing them, email us and we'll send the files directly.

Because these are digital downloads, we generally don't offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. However, if there's a technical problem with the file — it won't open, it's corrupted, or it doesn't work as described — we'll fix it or refund you. Just email us at hello@heitongbymeow.com.
