Do I need both files? When would I use one vs the other?

The spreadsheet is for at-home digital tracking with auto-calculating dashboards. The printable is for the vet visit itself — paper you can clip to a binder, fill in by hand, and hand to the receptionist. Most multi-cat households use both.

Is there a refund if it doesn't work for me?
